*Notes on Logo Display*
- Our website sponsorship wall is organized such that the higher your sponsorship level, the larger your logo appears
- The chair will work with you or your organization to ensure and confirm that your logo is optimally formatted for all types of display (we need vector images that scale well on a large screen)
- Email your logos to sponsorship at oshwa dot org before September 25th to ensure they are on all materials
*Notes on the Goodie Bag*
- There will be ~400 of them, so you will need to make at least that many of any object you wish to add to the bag.
- We strongly discourage any paper items. Encourage building and making with your promotional items!
- Any paper items must be smaller than a 4”×5” postcard size. We recommend stickers!
- If including an item in the goodie bag, email us and let us know to expect it.
- ALL items must be received by October 2nd to be included in the bag at the Summit.
